About the Department of Accounting

Department of Accounting was established in 1973 after four years from the start of the study within Faculty of Economics & Administration, King Abdel Aziz University, number of  students who graduated from the department was the highest among other departments within the faculty.

The Department provides an integrated science program in conjunction with other scientific departments of the university qualifying bachelor's degree in accounting, which is the basic foundation for practicing the profession of accounting and auditing, which also provides the scientific program of rehabilitation of the master's degree in accounting, the Department also provides for a master's degree in professional accountancy.
